15 oz. can of Black Eyed Peas, drained
2 - 11 oz. cans of Shoe peg corn, drained
2 chopped avocados
1 tomato, chopped and seeded
2/3 cup chopped green onions
2/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves minced garlic (I use the jar garlic that is chopped and throw in extra)
1 tsp. cumin
3/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and serve with corn or tortilla chips
