1 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c margarine
2 tbsp light corn syrup
12 slices bread
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
6 eggs
1-1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat bring brown sugar, butter and corn syrup to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Pour into greased 9X13X2 inch baking dish. Top with 6 slices bread. Combine sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon; sprinkle half over bread. Place remaining bread on top. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon/sugar. In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, vanilla and remaining 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Pour over bread. Cover and chill overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30-35 minutes. When serving make sure you flip on plate so caramel is on top.
