1 1/2 pound round or sirloin steak thinly sliced,,, can partly freeze to make it easier to slice thin
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 clove garlic , minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper

three large green peppers sliced
two onions sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup beef bouillon

I can water chestnuts, sliced
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
heat oil in skillet add thinly sliced steak, garlic , salt and black pepper,,, cook for about 2 minutes remove from skillet.. add peppers, onions soy sauce, sugar and beef bouillon to skillet cook for three to five minutes, to steam peppers and onions, add steak , water chestnuts cook about 5 minutes.. mix cornstarch with water, stir into the steak and peppers.. cook about 2 to 5 minutes...
serve over hot rice
