1 lb. ground beef, cooked & seasoned
1 doz. corn tortillas
lettuce/shredded
tomatoes/diced
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Season ground beef and spread on half of 1 doz .corn tortillas. Fry tortilla with meat in hot oil, fold tortilla over. Fry one side until crisp, then fry other half. You are able to place at least 4 folded tacos in frying pan at one time. Drain taco upside down on paper towel. After you have fried 1 doz., you can start to fill tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.

The reason to cook meat inside the corn tortilla is so that you can have meat with every bite. Use my salsa recipe on top of tacos.
