1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (rounded)
1 quart vanilla ice cream
dash of salt
2 graham cracker crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Soften ice cream.
With a mixer, mix pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in softened ice cream and mix until creamy. Pour into graham cracker crusts. Freeze at least 3 hours. Take out of freezer a few minutes before serving.
