30 Graham crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. margarine or butter, melted
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water, boiling
1 large can evaporated milk (Pet or Carnation)

Directions:

Combine the cracker crumbs, butter and powdered sugar.
Cream the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
Dissolve the lemon gelatin in hot water. Cool and add to cheese mixture.
Chill the milk and whip until creamy and fluffy. Fold in the cheese mixture.
Place half or 3 quarters of crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 inch dish.
Pour in filling. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours
