1/2 c. Splenda 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. salt
Combine these 4 ingredients in medium bowl stir well
1 egg white 1 Tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp water

Directions:

Beat egg white & water at medium speed with electric mixer until foamy. Gradually add Splenda mixture. 1 Tbsp. at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold in 2 1/2 c pecan halves
Pour pecan mixture onto jelly roll pan that is sprayed with coating spray. Bake at 300º for 25 min, stirring every 10 mins.
Let cool completely in pan. Store in air tight container.
