1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, grated
1 egg
1 c. crumbled saltine crackers
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. tomato sauce


Sauce:
8-oz can tomato sauce minus 1 Tbsp
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together until well blended.

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in the first group in a medium mixing bowl; place in a 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes; drain excess fat.

Pour sauce over top; return to oven to bake 45 more minutes or until done.
