1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup of strawberries
1 egg
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In the container of an electric blender place milk, strawberries, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract. Cover and blend till strawberries are pureed and smooth. Pour into tall drinking glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
