4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & Pepper, to taste
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2, 10-3/4 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. herb-flavored stuffing mix
3/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a large stockpot; cover with water and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil, cooking until chicken is done, about 20-25 minutes. Drain and let cool. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; arrange on the bottom of a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over chicken and spread cream of chicken soup over cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix over soup; drizzle butter over top.

Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.
