3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 Eggs
1/2 c.of water
1/2 c. milk
5 teasspoon sugar
1 c. margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredints together and knead dough until smooth.
Place dough on the cutting board and flatten it until about 1/2 thick and cut dough into little cubes each about 1/2 inch and place some olive oil on gas cooker on meduim heat and allow oil to heat up and place handful of cut dough into the oil , rotating with fork and allow the chin-chin to deep fry until brown. place the fried chin-chin on a napkin to soak the excess oil.
