2 eggs (well beaten)
1 1/2 c sugar
2 c regu;ar flour
2 t baking soda
1 large can fruit cocktail
Icing:
1 stick margarine
1 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1/2 - 1 c nuts
1/2 c raisens
1/2 c coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cake:
Put flour, sugar, and baking soda over the eggs.Drain some of the juice (not much) from the fruit cocktail. Add fruit cocktail to the above mixture and beat with spoon. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 300º for 50 minutes.
Icing:
Mix all ingredients and boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Spread on cake right after it comes out of oven.
Place on a rack to cool.
