1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. pepper
20-oz pkg. frozen corn
1 c. frozen diced hash-brown potatoes with onion
and sweet peppers
14-1/2 oz. can chicken broth
14-3/4 oz. can cream corn
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a Dutch oven. Add thyme, garlic and pepper; cook for one minute. Add corn, potatoes and broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add creamed corn and milk. Heat thoroughly but do not boil.
