1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. canned pumpkin
4 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat well. In separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another mixing bowl combine pumpkin and milk. Add flour mixture and pumpkin mixture alternately to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 350º for 18 to 20 minutes.
