5 3/4 c flour
3 pkg dry yeast
2 T sugar
1 T salt
1/4 c oleo
2 1/4 c very hot tap water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 3/4 C flour, dry yeast, sugar, oleo. salt and hot water in large mixing bowl.
Mix all ingreadients together on #5 (med speed) for 2 1/2 minutes. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl. Add 1 c flour to mixture. Beat on #10 (hi speed) for 1 minute. Work in remaing flour with wooden spoon. Turn out onto floured board. Knead 5 to 10 minutes. Let rest 20 minutes. Punch down doough. Shape into rolls. Brush top of rolls with melted butter. Cover with cloth. Refrigerate 2 - 24 holurs. Remove from refrigerator 10 minutes before baking. Bake at 400 (hot oven) for 15 minutes or until done. Makes 3 dozen.
