1 c margarine softened
2 c sugar
4 eggs
1 c mashed ripe banana
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 t baking powder
1 t soda
3/4 t salt
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well; sitr in banana.

Combine flour, baking poowder, soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture, mixing just until smooth. Fold in peneapple and coconut. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 2 inch loafpans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bread test done.
