4-6 cooked boneless chicken breasts
2 packages of crescent rolls
3 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Tear or chop chicken into small pieces. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup cheese in small bowl; add chicken and toss. Set aside. Mix remaining milk, soup and cheese. Pour small amount into large casserole dish. Unroll two cans crescent rolls. Put chicken into each one roll up and place in caserole dish. Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken rolls. Bake 350º until brown and bubbly.

I cook my chicken over night in the crock pot and assemble this in the morning before work. When I come home I simply put it in the oven to bake. Of course with 5 of us eating I make a large amount, but you could definately cut the recipe down to make smaller quantities.
