CRUST:
1 Square butter
1 C flour
3 oz cream cheese

FILLING:
1 egg
1 T melted butter
dash salt
1 C finely chopped pecans
3/4 C brown sugar
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, butter, and cream cheese. Mix well. Form ball and press into small muffin cup. Combine all the filling ingredients and mix well. Spoon filling into cups, on top of crusts. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, then lower oven temp to 250 and let bake another 10 minutes. Remove from pans while still hot.
