1 lb ground turkey
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1 15 oz can chopped tomatoes (petite diced is what I use)
1 1/2 cups water ( i use more like it soupier)
1 small can chopped green chilis (i use medium heat)
4 16 oz cans beans (you can mix and match kidney,pinto, black beans. I will use
either all pinto or a mix of pinto and black beans)
16oz pkg frozen white corn
1 pkg hidden valley ranch dry dressing mix
2 tsp cumin or to taste I like a bit more

Brown turkey adding the onions and celery about half way thru browning. one by one add the remaining ingredients. Do NOT drain anything just dump it in. Heat thru. simmer for a while if you like. I use this in the crock pot and don't brown my meat I also have used a wide range of meat.
