1 1/2 c flour
2 c oatmeal
3/4 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c soft butter or magarine

Sugar Filling

2 c brown sugar, packed
1 c water
cornstarch and water to thicken
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Put half of mixture on bottom. Put filling. On top of filling put the rest of the topping.

Filling

Put brown sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Once it boils thicken it with cornstarch and water until it is desired consistency. Boil for another 30 seconds. Pour filling on square. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.

Instead of sugar filling you can use strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, apples, or dates as filling. You can also use lemon pie filling or any other pie filling you desire.
