1 wedge of Roquefort cheese (or blue cheese)
1 pt. sour cream
mayonaise
garlic salt
vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and mayonaise (almost equal parts in mixer. add roquefort cheese, garlic salt to taste and vinegar (very small amount to taste). Put in air tight container and store in refrigerator.
