2 pkgs crescent rolls
1 lb ground Beef
1 c onion, chopped
1 bottle taco Sauce or pkg taco seasoning
Lettuce, shredded
sour cream
olives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Unroll rolls
Separate into 16 triangles
Start arranging rolls at 12, 3, 6 and 9 (on a clock) with wide ends towards the center
Finish arranging rolls in the same fashion creating a Sun
Press together the ends
Cook ground beef and onions
Add taco sauce or seasoning to ground beef
Spoon ground beef into the center of the rolls
Fold outsides of rolls in to form the ring and cover the filling
Bake at 350º for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown
Garnish with lettuce, sour cream and olives
Cut and serve
