4 Chicken Breasts
4 Slices Swiss Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup White Zinfandel
2 c Stuffing Mix (the bread stuffing not the instant stuffing)
¼ c Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breast in a casserole dish
Place cheese over chicken breast
Mix cream of chicken soup with white zinfindel and pour over chicken and cheese
Top the dish with stuffing so that there is a thin layer of stuffing over the soup
Melt butter and drizzle over the top of the stuffing
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

This dish is so delicious and super easy! It's wonderful comfort food on a cold night after a long, hard day and it's also a pretty good option for serving a large crowd with little effort.
