2 large pkgs cream cheese
1 jar Roka Blue
1 jar Olive and Pimento
1 jar Old English
1/4 c. minced onion
1 T. garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
Have all ingredients at room temperature and use
mixer to blend all ingredients. This makes 3 nice size balls. I put on saran wrap and form into balls. Refrigerate. After it is cold and firm, roll in nuts or cracker crumbs. This freezes well and keeps in refrigerator up to 2 months.
