5 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. fruit
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together and put in prepared pie crust. Bake at 425º for 35 to 45 minutes.

I can remember when Mom Walker would send her kids down to the apricot tree to pick apricots to prepare for her famous apricot pie--it was the best. No wonder I loved going to my boyfriend's home for dinner!!!
