1 1/2 lb. spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 onion, chopped and sauted until clear
3 c. tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. parsley flakes
1/2 t. basil
salt and pepper if desired
Cooked Lasagna noodles
2c. low fat mozzarella cheese

Mix spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, and onion. In separate bowl mix together tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, garlic, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Use a 9x13 sprayed pan. Layer cooked lasagna noodles, then 1/3 spinach mixture, then 1/3 tomato sauce mixture. Repeat. layering (3 times). On top, put on the mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake a 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
