Per Cup of sauce:
2T flour
2Tbutter
1C milk
1/4 salt
1/8 T pepper



frozen small shrimp or 1 can, drained
frozen peas


frozen pastry puff shells

Directions:
Directions:
Make a white sauce with butter, flour and milk: Melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. cook over low heat. Stir until mixture is smooth and bubbly.Remove from heat. Stir in mild. Heat to boil stirring constantly. Boil and stir until thickening

Add shrimp, 1 C peas (both defrosted with running water)
Cook shells as in package
Serve shrimp in shells
