1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
3/4 cup crushed gramcrackers
3 T. grated onion
2 eggs beaten
1/2 tes. salt ( I use slightlly less)
1 cup canned milk
1 T. chopped parsley

Glaze ingredients;
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 T. mustard

Mix all ingredients - form into loaf Bake covered for 30 min. at 325 degrees F. Cook glaze for 5 min. Pour over loaf and continue baking 1 3/4 -2 hours.
Bake covered - baste twice during baking - Uncover last 30 min.
