16 oz. sour cream, softened
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped ham
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. minced green bell pepper
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Dried parsley flakes
One loaf of round sour dough or French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except for the bread.
Cut the top from the bread and hollow out the loaf. Reserve removed bread for dipping later. Spoon dip mixture into the bread. Replace the top of the bread. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour at 350º. Serve with chips, crackers and the reserved bread.

This is very good. When I make a ham on the grill, I use the left over ham to make this, but you can use any kind of ham you have.
