Rhubarb Dream Recipe

5 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

Top: (pie filling)
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 c. finely chopped rhubarb
3/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350.

For the crust, combine flour and confectioners sugar. Blend in butter like for pastry. Pat to the bottom of 7 1/2" x 11" x 1 1/2 " baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.

For the Top (pie filling), mix ingredients together and pour over the crust. Bake for 35 minutes.
