1 box vanilla wafers
1/2 C softened butter or margarine
1 1/2 C powdered sugar
1 egg
5-6 C sliced peaches
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 C sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Crush entire box of vanilla wafers. Spread 2/3 of this on bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Cream softened butter and powdered sugar. Add 1 egg and beat till fluffy. Spread this mixture over crumbs. Layer the sliced peaches on next. Whip cream sweetened with sugar. Spread over the peaches and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
