1 C rice
2 flat cans chunk chicken
3/4 stick margarine
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
Cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare your rice as directed. (You can use regular rice or Minute Rice) Drain the chunk chicken. Mix all ingredients together. Grease a 9 x 13 pan and pour mixture in. Sprinkle cornflake crumbs on top. Bake 45 mins at 350º.

Our girls love this recipe. And, believe it or not, it's a school lunch recipe from when Ann's mom was a school cook! We love it because it's a breeze to throw together and there are never complaints!
