1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c cracker crumbs
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 c ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp mustard
1/4 c water
1 tbsp flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 can of onion soup, 1/2 can mushroom soup, egg, salt, pepper, cracker crumbs and ground beef. Shape into patties and brown on both sides. Mix remaining soups, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, water and flour; pour over meat patties in large baking pan. Cover with foil and bake in 300º oven for 1-1/2 hours.
