1/2 c margarine
1 3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 c grated zucchini
1/2 c oil
2 eggs
1/2 c sour milk
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour milk. Mix in zucchini and spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle on topping of 1 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
