1 box cake mix (any flavor)
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
(I substituted applesauce for vegetable oil)
Chocolate chips, Butterscotch chips, nuts, or raisins, optional.

VARIATION: Easy Mix Cookie
1 Box cake mix
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. applesauce for moisture

Preheat oven at 350º
Mix all ingredients well. On an ungreased cookie sheet (if you use oil in ingredients) drop tsp. dough every 2 inches. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

FOR THE VARIATION: Easy Mix Cookie.
Soften cream cheese in microwave, then follow direction above.
