1 can (5-6 oz) salmon
3 slices bread, torn into small pieces-or-crushed
saltine cracker equivilent
1/3 c. finely minced onion
1/4 c .milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. each salt and dill weed
dash pepper
Flour (optional)
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Drain salmon & flake. Combine all ingredients except flour and oil. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Coat with flour, if desired. Pan fry on both sides in oil until golden brown.
