18-20 Pecan Sandies cookies, crushed
1 c whipped cream
2 egg whites
2/3 c sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
10-12 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed (Don't drain juice).
Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies, spread in bottom of 9x13" pan. Save some of the crumbs to sprinkle on top. (Don't use fat-free cookies)
Whip cream. In anothe large bowl beat egg white, sugar, lemon juice and strawberries with juice for 10-12 min. Fold in whipped cream. Pour onto coookie crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover with tinfoil and freeze for about 6 hours.
May use raspberries instead of strawberries.
