20 caramels
3 T. milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 ready to use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz or 9 inch)
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave caramels and milk in small bowl on High 2 minutes or until smooth, stirring every minute. Stir in pecans; our into crust. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla w/ electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Pour over caramel mixture. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish w/ pecan halves and caramel sauce.
