1 lb. crab meat, well picked for shells
1/2 c. Ritz Crackers
3 green onions, chopped fine
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
flour, for dusting board
1/2 c. peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients together except for the flour and oil. Shape the mixture into patties and dust them with flour. In a large skillet heat the peanut oil over medium heat. Pan fry the patties over medium heat until browned for 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown.
