5 lbs. small unpeeled red potatoes, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 hard boiled eggs
1 lb. bacon slices, crumbled
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 med. vidalia onion, chopped fine
3 dill pickles, chopped
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 tsp. French's Yellow Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in greased 15x10x1 inch pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 425 º for 40-45 minutes or until tender. Cool on pan.

In a large bowl combine potatoes, eggs, bacon,cheese, onion, and pickles. In a small bowl add sour cream, mayonnaise,and mustard. Pour over potatoe mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
