"Infallible method of boiling eggs and also makes them easy to peel".
Select a covered pot large enough to hold all the eggs in one layer. Cover with cold water to one inch over them. Bring water to a hard boil, cover pot and turn off heat and let sit for 18 minutes. When done, pour off hot water and rinse under cold water several times until water in the pot is cold. Let them sit in the last rinse for 5 minutes.Your eggs will be perfectly cooked and easy to peel.
(To keep eggs from cracking when boiled, soak them in cold water several minutes before cooking.)
