1/2 C veg. oil
1/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C white cooking wine
1/4 C light corn syrup
2 T lemon juice
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t ground ginger
4 chicken breasts halves, skinned, boned and cut into 1 1/2" pieces
1 small green pepper, cut into 1" pieces
1 med. onion, quartered
8 large mushroom caps
8 cherry tomatoes
pineapple chunks

Combine first 8 ingredients; stir well. Add chicken; cover and marinate overnight.

Remove chicken from marinade; reserving marinade. Alternate chicken, vegetables and fruit on skewers, placing tomatoes on ends of skewers. Grill about 6" from med.-hot coals for 15-20 min. or until done, turning and basting often with marinade.
