1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. finely minced onion
1 pear, chopped (skin on)
1 apple, chopped (skin on)
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
Craisins
Cashews
Romaine lettuce - torn in bite sized pieces (3 bags)

Directions:
Directions:
For dressing: in blender combine onion, mustard, vinegar and sugar. Slowly add oil and blend well. Stir in poppy seeds.
In large bowl combine lettuce, fruit, nuts and cheese. Drizzle the dressing over mixture and toss.
