1 large can of chickpeas, reserve a ltiile water or (1/2 bag dried, boil until tender and drained)
1/4 c. tahini (sesame paste)
2 lemons, juiced
2 cloves garlic
salt, ceyenne
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
place chick peas and garlic in food prcoessor, pulse, gradually adding lemon juice, tahini and salt, taste to adjust flavors to your liking. Process all ingredients together till thick creamy. serve in a platter with olive oil drizzled over it and ceyenne sprinkled on top. serve with pita bread or chips or Arabic bread(Koubiz)
