3 ti 4 lb. Pork Roast
Kitchen Bouquet
Garlic Salt
Salt
Pepper
3 to 4 baking potatoes, peeled or unpeeled
Directions:
Directions:
Brush roast with kitchen bouquet. Sprinkle with seasonings. Place potatoes in bottom of crock pot. Place roast on rack of potatoes. Cover and cook on high 2 hours. Then cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or entire cooking on low for 5 to 7 hours.
