1 egg yolk
1 cup honey

Whip butter; add vanilla and egg yolk. Gradually whip in honey until light and fluffy.

For those afraid of raw egg, you can make this with 1 c. honey, 1 c. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Keeps up to 4 weeks in refrigerator.
