3-4 Chicken Breasts ~ boiled, deboned & shredded
2 small cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 small can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Chicken Broth ~ optional
1 can Original Rotel
Nacho Cheese Doritos or White Tortilla Chips
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil & debone chicken breasts, then heat the three cans of soups, broth & rotel together. Heat until slightly boiling, stirring occasionally.

Place a layer of the chips in a baking dish, followed by a layer of chicken, then a layer of the soup mixture; repeat until all ingredients are used. Top with shredded cheese & chips, if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
