2 1/4 c. flour
4 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

1 1/2 c. cold (refrigerated) water
10 Tbsp. Wesson© oil
4 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients together.

Add water, oil, vinegar & vanilla and mix well.

Pour into prepared 9"x13" baking pan. Batter will be thin!

Bake at 350º for 30 min. or until tests done. Cool and frost with following:

1/2 lb. margarine
1, 16 oz. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together. Add drops of milk until frosting reaches right consistency. Spread on cooled cake.
