6 eggs 6 T. flour
salt and pepper
2 lbs. cottage cheese 2-10 oz pkgs froz broccoli pieces, thawed
8 oz American cheese 4 T butter, cut in small pieces

Directions:

Whisk together eggs, flour and salt and pepper.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Bake in a buttered (I use Mazola No-Stick) 9x13 ban or 2 qt. casserole at 350º for an hour.
