1, 6 oz. strawberry flavored JelloŠ
2 c. boiling water
1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 - 15 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 large, ripe bananas, crushed

1 c. sour cream

Directions:
In large bowl, combine JelloŠ, boiling water & strawberries--set aside until strawberries are thawed. Add pineapple with juice and bananas. Refrigerate until firm. Spread sour cream on top.

This was a wonderful recipe handed down to me by my mom, Geri. This salad is such a beautiful red color--making it great to serve for the Christmas season.
